Refunds and Cancellations

Voluntary Cancellations

If you need to cancel your hotel booking, the refund eligibility depends on the property’s cancellation policy and room type selected.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (unless the hotel policy specifies otherwise).
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
  • Refunds are available only for refundable bookings as per the property’s policy.
  • Non-refundable rooms or promotional rates are not eligible for refunds.
  • For partially used stays, refunds (if applicable) are processed only for the unused portion, as permitted by the hotel.
  • Taxes and fees may not be refundable.
  • Third-party services (e.g., spa, transfers) must be canceled directly with the service provider.

A $50 processing fee per booking may apply for cancellations handled through our customer care team.

Involuntary Cancellations

If a hotel cancels your reservation due to overbooking, closure, or other reasons beyond your control, you may:

  • Accept an alternative accommodation offered by the hotel.
  • Request a full refund, subject to the hotel’s policy.

ExpoFlyTravel is not responsible for additional expenses caused by hotel actions. A $50 processing fee may apply if refunds are requested through our team.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal) within 15 business days for eligible bookings. Your bank or provider may take longer to reflect the refund.

Administrative fees, service charges, and hotel penalties are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. By booking with ExpoFlyTravel, you agree to our cancellation and refund policies as disclosed at booking.

Invalid chargeback claims include:

  • Chargebacks for non-refundable hotel bookings.
  • Chargebacks due to failure to cancel in time or no-shows.
  • Chargebacks arising from dissatisfaction with services provided as described.
  • Chargebacks for unauthorized card use by third parties.
  • Chargebacks related to travel restrictions, force majeure, or hotel-specific COVID-19 rules.
